1. Introduction

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which Easy Inspire MB (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides refunds for products and services purchased through our website.
By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

2. Products (If Applicable)

If you receive a physical product that is defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

  • Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees may not be refunded unless the product was faulty.

Easy Inspire MB does not charge return handling fees.

3. Services (Primary Business Category)

Easy Inspire MB provides immigration support services, visa assistance, consultancy, invitation letters, document preparation, and related services.

3.1 Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will only be issued if:

  • Work on your service has not yet started, OR

  • You request cancellation within a legal cooling-off period (where applicable).

3.2 Partial Refund (Pro-Rata)

If work has already started—such as:

  • documentation review

  • application drafting

  • reservation or appointment booking

  • consultation already provided

We may refund the unused portion of the service.

3.3 No Refund

No refund will be issued when:

  • The service has been fully delivered.

  • You fail to provide required documents, causing delays or non-completion.

  • Third-party fees (embassy, government, courier, translation, etc.) are non-refundable.

  • Digital documents (PDF, letters, translations) have already been issued.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Express/urgent processing fees

  • Government and embassy fees

  • Translation and notarization fees

  • Customized or digital documents already delivered

  • Appointment fees

  • Payments made for client negligence (missing documents, late submission)

5. Refund Process

  1. Full Name

  2. Order Number

  3. Service/Product Purchased

  4. Reason for Refund

  5. Any supporting documents

Processing Time

  • Card refunds: 5–10 business days

  • Bank transfer refunds: up to 14 business days

  • Other payment methods: issued as store credit unless agreed otherwise

Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method as required by PayFast.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating any chargeback, customers must contact Easy Inspire MB for resolution.
We aim to resolve all issues professionally and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, customers may contact their payment provider or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

7. Cancellations

Service cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Cancellation is confirmed once we acknowledge it via email.

8. Amendments

Easy Inspire MB reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Changes apply only to future purchases, not past transactions.
